It was a dark and eerie day, just like any other day in the the Charna borders. The dense forest at the start of the borders had such a dark canopy, that barely any light could pass through, and today was a cloudy day, which made the forest darker than usual. The brown based wolf had to watch his step, making sure that he didn't trip on any roots that belonged to the monstrous trees that formed the dense canopy. Unlike most wolves, he didn't rely on just one of his senses, he relied on all five of them to get him through this darkness. That fact about his is what enabled him to get through almost everything, including this forest, which he had just got out of. Upon exiting the forest, he was greeted with a very dense fog, that lowered the visibility to a scarce amount. The brute once again relied on all five of his sense to get him through this fog, which he knew would be easy for him. After a couple minutes of walking, he realized that began to walk in shallow water. He figured that it was a pond, or swamp of some kind, then he continued on his mission to get accepted into the great Charna pack. After a few more minutes of walking, he was on land again. The chill in the air chilled him to the bone, but he just ignored it. He shook his brown based coat, removing the excess water, and then sat his haunches to the earth ground. He threw back his head and let out a long howl, signaling to the alphas that he was here.

The whole concept of her life had dripped through into the earth like the blood that now commonly stained her auburn muzzle a vibrant scarlet. The fea did not see this as a negative need, she wished for victims to kill almost as often as she longed to see her own blood dye her pelt. Her fascination with death had made her, and itself, known across the path she had travelled. Only a few days had Fara been travelling, yet her presence was feared. Beside her paw prints on the snowy winter ground lay her prizes. Hares so mangled they appeared just like a twisted crimson thing that no wolf stood a chance on deciphering what it had once been. Spatters of gore rendered the land like the worst horror, unimaginable in its demonic purpose.
This pleased Fara.
A sinister giggle wove its way from her murderous jaws as her pillars carried the fea swiftly through the unclaimed lands. She thought back to Diabolos, contemplating whether he was in Charna or not. Fara couldn’t care less, but the mindful edge to her step told just how uncomfortable she was away from her mate. Her feelings for him were complicated, she loved him, yes; but there was an edge to their relationship. She just longed for more, something that Diabolos alone, could not give her. The dark fea sniggered again, observing a rat as it stumbled around in the undergrowth ahead of her. Her mouth moistened. Fara’s bodice dropped low to the ground, and she prowled forwards, almost inaudible.
A howl reached her, clearly travelling fast now the wind had picked up. Just from the tone, she could tell it was a male. Fara pricked her audits with interest. Here’s an opportunity to be bad... The fea thought, grimly pleased that such a turn of events had came around. Not bothering to reply, Fara sped up, and before long she saw the brute ahead of her.
The fea’s stomach turned violently, causing a ripple of emotion to race down her spine. The sight of the stranger wolf left her breathless. Fara tried suppressing this feeling, and she gulped a breath, daring to pad closer. “You’re...” She began hesitantly, her mind stammering in her sleek skull. “You’re business in my lands?”
Fara managed to change her tone so it was assertive, but she knew that she’d never be malicious to this wolf, whoever he may be.

It wasn't long until the demonic brute was able to pick up the scent of the alphess. Callister let out a quick sigh of relief that a female was coming to see him because he still wasn't fond of males. Plus if the alpha had come to see him, he would probably mouth him off out of habit and get kicked out of lands. As Callister waited somewhat patiently for the alphess, he began to imagine what it would have been like if the alpha would have came to greet him. He could imagine himself immediately mouthing his off with creative words of his choice. Callister didn't realize it, but he was snickering, and once he snapped back into reality and realized what he was doing, he stopped immediately. It was than that he say her.
A beautiful slim fae came into his view. She had a dusky cream coat that was specked with hazel and mahogany to make a beautiful tawny bay. She had dark cerulean eyes that reminder him of the sea, and they were rimmed with black, making him imagine a dark sea, a place that would actually suit him. She was almost perfect, in his mind at least, he just wanted to stare at her all day, but he knew that that wasn't his purpose here, and she more than likely had a mate, so she was off limits. When her sexy assertive voice spoke, it sent chills down his spine, making him want to shiver, but he resisted the urge. "My purpose here is to join your pack," he said in his dark melodic voice.

The fea inhaled deeply to refrain her shuddering. Fara opened her maw to speak, but when nothing came out, she watched him for a moment; agape. Closing her jaws hastily with an audible snap, Fara grinned. The wolf spoke, making his intentions clear. “Right...” Fara answered, letting the word hang in the air. She laughed lightly, raising her brows at him. “You sure Charna is the pack for you? Not that I’d turn you down, even if it wasn’t” The fea smiled curtly, running her bright orbs in a thorough once over of the brute.
“You can call me Fara. I’m afraid I’m going to need a bit more about yourself before I let you into my private life.” The alphess told him in a mock stern voice. “Pack. I meant pack.” Fara corrected herself. “Diabolos is my mate, he might turn up at some point, but until then, it’s just us two” The sleek fea wondered if the innuendo in that invitation was too clear. Ah well... She thought absently, It will only happen anyway.
With another cruel smile at the brute, Fara tried envisioning what Diabolos would think if he saw her now. Diabolos isn’t here She reminded herself, almost speaking the sentence that would reveal her completely, aloud. The alphess turned her mind back to the strange feeling she experienced the first time she set eyes on the brute. “Ridiculous.” She whispered almost inaudibly, yet still she snapped her skull upwards; hoping he hadn’t heard her.

Callister kept eye contact with the alphess as she spoke. He wanted to hold the contact for as long as he could, because he felt good on the inside when he looked into her dark cerulean eyes. Her melodic voice rand through his auds and warmed his body as if it was some kind of warming force. She then questioned if Charna was the pack for him, and Callister just snickered at first as a reply. Then once he realized that the alphess might find that rude, he stopped. This alphess seemed like the type of wolf you didn't want to piss off. "If I thought that Charna wasn't right for me, would I be here right now," he replied with a rhetorical question. The brute went quiet then, knowing that he was the alphess's turn to speak, and he knew that she had something to say, he could just tell by the look on her beautiful face.
The alphess's melodic voice finally spoke again, and she introduced herself, then said that she would have to know more about him before she let him into her personal life. Callister snickered as she corrected herself. "I didn't come here to be get into your personal life, but that does sound enticing. Let's see, I am strong, I can fight well, and I am a good hunter. I don't know what else you need to know, but that's it. Oh, and my name is Callister," he replied in a flirty but teasing voice. The next thing that her melodic voice spoke made him snicker even more since it was a clear invitation. "Hm, I like the idea of it just being us," he said with a wink.

She loved a quick thinker.“It does sound enticing”...The fea laughed out loud at his words, not just to you...She thought, sashaying closer to him and rolling back onto her pillars; sitting down. Excitedly, Fara imagined having this wolf in Charna. As much as she loved Diabolos, Fara would relish the look of jealousy on her mate’s face if she were to flirt with the newcomer in front of him. He’s already in. She smiled seductively, allowing her orbs to linger on his own, before she looked away.
The cold around her had all but evaporated, Fara wasn’t feeling it. Every time the brute spoke, a pleasant, fiery burn began across her pelt; and she tried valiantly to control herself. “Callister” She murmured slowly, tasting the name in her maw, it’s beautiful rich way of being spoken. “Well, Callister, how about we stay here for a little while longer? I’d like to get a bit more acquainted with you before the-“ Fara trailed off, returning the wink. “Introductions. You have my permission into Charna, but Diabolos doesn’t need to know that until later, hmm?” The alphess leant forwards, catching her breath until the brute spoke again.
The fea longed to be closer to Callister. That will come later...Fara grinned at him, swinging her plume around her hind legs. Her orbs now focused on his own, the young fea pondered the absurd shivers she felt every time Callister even looked at her. She’d never felt that with Diabolos. Shrugging it off, Fara waited for the brute to reply.

His blue oculars watches intently as the alphess moved closer to him,and eventually, she sat down right beside him. Something fishy was going on. She had a mate, yet she was noticeably flirting with him. Maybe she saw that he could give her more than her mate could, because he knew that he could. Deep down in this demonic male's heart, he had a loving and caring side that Fara brought out. She laughed at his comment about how that it would be enticing to be in her personal life. Callister couldn't help to laugh with the alphess. She then smiled seductively at him as she looked into his oculars, and then she looked away. The way she smiled at her turned him on, but he calmed himself down immediately before he would have done something really stupid.
Callister then sat in silence as he awaited to hear the beautiful voice that belonged to the beautiful fae sitting beside him practically. She spoke his name slowly, seeming to like the way it sounded. The brown colored brute could only smile. Silence fell between them for only a few seconds, then the alphess spoke again in her sexy melodic voice. She took a pause to return the wink, then returned to talking saying that he had been accepted into Charna. Wow that was easy, he thought he would have to do a test or something, but this fae must really like him to accept him almost right off the spot. "Or we could go somewhere more secretive in the pack lands where no one would have a chance of finding us. Thanks for accepting me, what position are you going to grant me," he asked in a seductive melodic tone.

He seemed as interested in her as she did him. The fea grew increasingly agitated at the distance between them, no matter how small it was. Fara grinned, “Secretive, eh? Well, I don’ t think Diabolos will mind if we take a short detour to somewhere more...” She paused, tilting her skull to the left, “Private.”
The alphess expected his next question. A place in the pack. Though she already had decided on Callister’s ranking, Fara chose to play it out. “Hmm...” She began softly, lowering her voice into a sexy purr. “Okay, as we seem to be getting on so well, I think I’ll grant you Beta.” Fara smiled, letting the wind ruffle her auburn pelt for a moment, before shifting so she was out of the breeze. “What did you have in mind for somewhere more- Away from here?” The fea questioned him, her orbs absorbing the sight of his own, soaking it into her memory.
Another shiver raced up her pillars as she pondered the multiple answers Callister might give. He could reject me...Fara’s insecure side showed through for just a second, before she masked it again. Fara was delighted that Diabolos hadn’t made an appearance yet, otherwise what she and Callister were implying would never happen. The thrill of her own disloyalty made Fara’s stomach twist in pleasure. The whole concept was so dark...
So dangerous.
Messing with Diabolos would be like playing with fire. Good thing I know how to work him then. Was Fara’s next thought.

Callister listened as Fara spoke. Her voice was still sending chills down his spine with every word that she spoke. It was almost to hard to resist the urge to shiver from all the chills, but the brown demon was able to keep his cool, but only barely. She spoke about how Diabolos shouldn't mind them taking a detour to somewhere more private. If only he knew the true reason, then he would probably mind, mind a whole hell of a lot. He decided he would reply, to make the moment more intense. "Sounds good to me, this can be our dirty little secret," he said winking at her.
Callister waited patiently for the dame to tell him what his rank would be in the great pack of Charna. He couldn't help but smile when she replied with his rank of Beta. "Thank you Fara, I won't let you down, and I promise you that," he said in a flirty way. Silence then fell between them for a couple moments, then the alphess interrupted it again with a question for the brute. Now he had to think. He really didn't want to piss anyone off on his first day of being a Beta, and he was still unfamiliar with the lands. Maybe he should get accquanited with the lands first before he rose and havoc. "How about you let me get accquantied with the lands first before we do anything. I heard there was an everglades here, and that sounds pretty secretive, so how about I meet you there two days from now," he said seductively.
